🔥 You’ll Need:

  • A heat press (not a Cricut EasyPress or iron)

  • T-shirt or fabric (cotton, poly, blends, etc.)

  • Teflon sheet or parchment paper (optional but recommended)

Step-by-Step Pressing Instructions

1. Prep Your Garment

  • Make sure the surface is clean and smooth.

2. Position Your Transfer

  • Place the DTF transfer film face-up on your garment.

  • Adjust placement carefully — once pressed, it’s permanent.

3. Press

  • Temperature: 300–320°F

  • Pressure: Medium to firm

  • Time: 10–15 seconds

  • Use a Teflon sheet or parchment paper on top of the transfer if desired

4. Peel

  • Wait 10–15 seconds, then peel warm or cold depending on the feel you prefer.

  • Peel slowly and evenly for best results.

5. Post Press (Optional for Extra Durability)

  • Cover the design with parchment paper or Teflon

  • Press again for 5 seconds to lock in the print and boost longevity
