Welcome to S4L Customz. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. Custom Product Policy

All products sold by S4L Customz are custom-made to your specifications. This includes gang sheets, DTF transfers, and any custom-printed materials. Because of this, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted once an order has been submitted.

2. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all order details, including:

  • File size and resolution

  • Artwork placement

  • Spelling or design errors

  • Gang sheet layout

S4L Customz is not responsible for mistakes in customer-submitted artwork.

3. File Requirements

Accepted formats include PNG (with transparent background), PDF, and AI. All files should be submitted at 300 DPI resolution for optimal print quality. Files that do not meet these standards may result in lower print quality, for which we are not liable.

4. Turnaround & Shipping

Standard production time is 1–2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped via the selected method during checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once shipped. Local pickup may be available if specified during checkout.

5. Damage or Misprint Policy

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement if necessary. We do not cover reprints due to customer errors.

6. Intellectual Property

By uploading your artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it. S4L Customz is not liable for any copyright or trademark violations related to user-submitted content.

7. Right to Refuse Service

S4L Customz reserves the right to refuse any order that includes offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content.

8. Pricing & Changes

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice. Pricing is locked in at the time your order is placed.
