At S4L Customz, we’re committed to getting your custom DTF transfers to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy to understand timelines, costs, and what to expect after you place your order.
🚚 Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order. Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Larger orders may require additional time, and you’ll be notified if there’s any delay.
✈️ Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer shipping across the U.S. via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
🏡 Local Pickup
If you’re local, we do offer free local pickup. You’ll receive a confirmation with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
❗ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, S4L Customz is not responsible for delays or lost items caused by the shipping carrier.

📍 Shipping Areas
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.
